Lupita did a beautiful job bringing my hair back to life! I called for a last minute haircut and blowout and they were able to squeeze me in right away during my lunch break. She layered my hair wonderfully and gave me the perfect bangs. She was very detail oriented and really the whole experience was very relaxing. Gracias Lupita!
I am Deaf and use a Video Relay Service (VRS) interpreter to make phone calls. The interpreter clearly introduced the call and explained that I was a Deaf customer trying to schedule a hair appointment. Unfortunately, the salon hung up before I had the opportunity to speak or make an appointment. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. Deaf customers rely on relay services to communicate, and we deserve the same patience and respect as everyone else. I hope the staff will learn to recognize VRS calls and allow Deaf customers the opportunity to make an appointment before ending the call.
The people there are amazing they do an excellent job
I've been coming here for years and am always so impressed at the attention to detail and the amount of time taken for perfection. Very thankful to have been introduced to Lupe ❤️
3/4 Of the staff are very childish setting a terrible first impression they hide in a little room when they see someone they don’t want to attend. I asked one of the employees if they could cut my hair after waiting 2 hours and he replied “ sure let me go do something”. He went into the little room and never came out until the only nice and mature employee decided to cut my hair. After, the man came out and was on his phone next week. He was acting very childish to another person and wanted to do the same thing he did to me but he came out of the room to soon and was forced to cut the s hair.
